The greatest asset of our company is our employees and as entrepreneurs we have to take care of them. We are all in an extremely difficult situation. However, our efforts to support you as our valued and long-standing customers with our motivated team as well as possible in this situation remain unchanged. We are convinced that if everyone acts with due care, we will be able to master this challenge together. We thank you for your understanding and your flexibility during this exceptional situation.

 

Information on the respective areas:

Reception, administration, finance, disposition, hotline, logistics, sales, back office. 

 

Reception, switchboard, sales administration, finance, back office

Our reception and the switchboard are still manned on site. Sales administration, finance, scheduling and the hotline continue to run as usual, our employees can be reached by phone and email whenever possible in the home office and during our opening hours. We have adjusted our workplaces so that the federal guidelines are complied with. Orders, administrative issues and questions about invoices are accepted and processed as usual.

Disposition service, hotline support & logistics

Fault reports, toner orders and meter readings are scheduled accordingly. Service calls are reduced to the bare minimum. Whenever possible, our hotline tries to solve the problem by remote connection, provided that it is not a mechanical or electronic defect. We will keep deliveries of new machines in agreement with you. We kindly ask you to ensure that the provisions regarding “social distancing” are complied with during “on-site use” and that our employees can maintain a minimum distance of 1m 50cm in the general interest. For this reason, the report is not signed.

 

Sales representative

Our sales team operates from the home office and can also be reached by phone and email during normal business hours. All planned customer support and sales appointments have been postponed if possible or will be carried out online if requested. Should you need in the current situation - e.g. of equipment for setting up home offices - we will of course continue to make you an offer and send it to you by email. In exceptional cases, we will also visit you on site or allow you to visit our showroom in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Council.

 

Dear customers, we do our best and adhere to the national requirements of the federal government. Together we can fight the Covid-19 and hopefully return to normal soon. We wish you all the best and stay healthy.
